Windlesham Flock
The Windlesham Flock was founded over twenty-five years ago with an initial purchase
of four Manx Loghtan ewes. This was quickly followed by Castlemilk Moorits -
Portlands and Norfolk Horns. For the past eleven years their home has been at
1000' on the southern edge of Exmoor. The production of registered pedigree ewes
and high quality wools has been our main purpose. Our stock has consistently
appeared in the show ring at major Agricultural Shows - winning major Breed Championships
with all breeds. Norma is a recognised authority on wool and a national sheep
judge for many of our native breeds.
Our annual wool crop is regularly processed to provide natural coloured high
quality machine spun yarns for sale. Various other niche products - travel and
picnic rugs - are available from time to time. We are also able to aid your search
for fleeces from almost any breed.
